Marcy Man Charged With Rape
Oneida County CAC
A Marcy man has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a girl under 15 years old in the City of Utica.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 29-year old Francesco Affatigato is charged with rape.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
The victim has been offered services through the CAC.
