Marcy Man Charged With Rape

A Marcy man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

29-year old Joshua Jones is charged with rape.

Officials say the charge stems from an alleged incident that happened over Veteran's Day weekend.

The case will be turned over to the District Attorney's Office for Grand Jury consideration.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
