Marino To Seek Re-Election To Utica Common Council

Joe Marino has officially announced his intentions to seek a third term as 4th Ward Councilman in the City of Utica.

Marino, who is an accountant, says he's helped cuts millions of dollars in wasteful spending and kept his promise to turn the City's bond rating around.

Marino serves as Chairman of the Internet and Technology Committee and is also co-chair of the Finance Committee.

He says Utica has come a long way in the last four years, but there is much work to be done

Marino says the position of councilman is the best way he can serve his neighborhood and the city.
