Yesterday's headline is already old news.  Now a Hall of Fame quarterback who joined the lawsuit against the National Football League now says he is withdrawing.

Dan Marino says that he "inadvertently" became a part of the lawsuit.  He has now withdrawn his name from the list of plaintiffs.

Marino, who was with the Miami Dolphins for seventeen seasons, says he does not suffer the effects of any head injuries caused by possible concussions.
