Mayor’s Gala To Benefit Utica Safe Schools

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Circle the date Saturday, March 23rd on your calendar.

That's the day of Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri's 2013 Benefit Gala.

Palmieri says in light of the recent tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut, this year's event will benefit Utica Safe Schools Healthy Students Partnership.

The agency serves about 2,000 students each year.

The gala will he held at the Radisson Hotel in Utica.
