NEW YORK (AP) — Wisconsin election officials are expected to meet today to discuss a possible timeline for a recount of that state's presidential votes. And recounts are possible in Pennsylvania and Michigan as well. The recount effort comes after revelations that Hillary Clinton leads the national popular vote by close to 2 million votes. Trump won the electoral vote. Trump tweeted last night that there's been "serious voter fraud in Virginia, New Hampshire and California," claims that are unsubstantiated.
