Mercy Flight Expands Into Utica-Rome Area

Mercy Flight Central is expanding into the Utica-Rome area.

They'll be adding a new base of operations in Schuyler beginning in March.

The expansion will allow the organization to provide faster, more cost-effective service to trauma patients in many under-served central New York communities.

Mercy Flight expects to add about 12 new jobs in the coming year, including flight nurses, paramedics and pilots.
