Daniel Murphy homered in the sixth to push the Mets past the Yankees, 2-1, in the opener of the "Subway Series".  R.A. Dickey earned the win after working six innings and giving up one run on a homer by Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira.  Francisco Rodriguez pitched the ninth for his 15th save for the Mets, who won their third straight to reach the .500 mark at 22-and-22 on the season.  Freddy Garcia took the loss for the Yankees, who snapped a three-game winning streak to fall to 23-and-20.
