Michael Kelly Named Grand Marshal Of Utica 4th Of July Parade

One of his dreams is to the be the Grand Marshal of a parade.

18-year old Michael Kelly, a student a Proctor High School who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis, will see that dream come true when he leads Utica's Fourth of July Parade.

Mayor Robert Palmierii made the announcement at City Hall.

The parade will begin at 6:00 from the intersection of Armory Drive and Culver Avenue.

A fireworks display at Proctor Park will follow the parade.
