Missing Onondaga Teen Breyona Rice Has Been Found

State Police are thanking the public for its assistance in the case of missing child Breyona Rice.

The sixteen year-old has been located and is safe.

Before she was located over the weekend Rice had last been seen at her home on Howlett Hill Road in the Town on Onondaga on July 10, 2013.
