Kristine Bellino, WIBX

Marcy, NY (WIBX) – There is a new group looking to support manufacturing and create area jobs. A host of state and local VIP’s were at a local college to announce it.

C-GAM, or the Center for Global Advanced Manufacturing, is a joint, non-profit partnership of leaders from both the Hudson and Mohawk Valleys who will – together – create new opportunities for manufacturing.

They will provide not only assistance with research and design but also marketing.

SUNYIT President Wolf Yeigh has high hopes for the partnership.
