Mom Charged In Daughter’s Drowning Death

MARLBORO, N.Y. (AP) — A Hudson Valley woman has been charged in the death of her infant daughter who drowned in a bathtub. State police say 25-year-old Kayla Pagan was arrested and charged with criminally negligent homicide on Saturday, one day after police say the Marlboro woman left her baby unsupervised in the bathtub for an unreasonable amount of time while the tub filled with water.
