Investigators say a woman, whose body was found at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 18 at Schrader Creek next to Smokeys Road in Overtown Township, Pennsylvania had been murdered.

State Police investigators say an autopsy performed at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton has concluded that 32-year-old Michelle Inch had been shot.

The Bradford County Coroner had said the body appeared to have been out in the elements for some time given the state of decomposition. Dental records were used to positively identify Inch.

A news release from Coroner Thomas Carman's office says Inch had been missing since January 26.

In addition to a fatal loss of blood from a shot gun wound to the right arm, multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma were discovered to the woman's body.

Pennsylvania State Police are continuing their investigation.
