More Charges Pending Against Yorkville Fugitive And Others

The fugitive who fled from police following a traffic stop on Monday is being held in the Oneida County jail without bail, pending extradition to Florida on felony warrants.

33-year old Dwayne Faulkner turned himself in to Yorkville Police on Wednesday.

He's been charged with criminal possession of stolen property, resisting arrest and criminal impersonation, along with several vehicle and traffic violations.

Yorkville Police investigator Frank Allen says several more charges are expected to be lodged against Faulkner, as well as others who may have assisted him while he was eluding police.
