Mother Charged For Allegedly Leaving Kids Alone In Car

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Two children were left unattended in a car and Utica Police say they arrested their mother for the incident. It happened around 2:51 p.m. yesterday at 1100 Mohawk Street, when law enforcement officials were contacted to check the welfare of the two small children left unattended.

28-year-old Michelle Feliciano was taken to the county lock-up and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest. Officials say the toddlers were turned over to relatives, and a referral was made to Child Protective Services.
