Motorcyclist Charged With DWI in Verona
Verona, NY (WIBX) – The State Police charged a motorcyclist with DWI following a traffic stop in the Town of Verona. 41-year old Robert Condes was stopped after the trooper observed the bike’s passenger was wearing a bicycle helmet. According to authorities Condes had a blood alcohol content of .15. The female passenger was ticketed for not wearing an approved helmet.
