Music in the Parks on Monday Nite Set to Kick Off

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Monday Nite may be a thing of the past, but that's not stopping the music at Hanna Park this summer. Three Utica Council members, James Zecca, David Testa and Frank Vescera are putting together a free summer music and entertainment activities program that will take place each Monday night in July and August at Hanna Park.
