MV Resource Center For Refugees Moves To New Location

The Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees has moved to a new location.

The Center has relocated from the DeSales Center on Genesee Street to 201 Bleecker Street, the former home of the Utica School of Commerce

MVRCR officials say the centrally located building will provide an expanded and accessible space for programming that will have a positive impact on the newest members of Utica and the Mohawk Valley.

The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties helped support the relocation by funding a technology project that allowed MVRCR to upgrade phone and security systems, as well as install computer systems and improve connectivity.
