Name Of Utica Police Officer Involved In Shooting Released
Utica Police Chief Mark Williams has released the names of the Utica Police officer and suspect in connection with Tuesday night's officer involved shooting.
Williams says Sergeant Kerry Carville, a 15-year veteran of the UPD, shot the armed suspect.
The suspect is identified as 33-year old Jason Luis Millan of Utica. He's listed in stable condition at a local hospital.
Carville was not injured.
Williams says the investigation into the incident is continuing.
