New Hartford Man Arrested For Menacing

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A domestic dispute has led to several charges against a New Hartford man.New Hartford Police say 21-year old John Saupp went to a home on Clinton Road to speak with the mother of their one-year old son.

Police say Saupp damaged the door of the home with a baseball bat when she refused to come out and then threatened the woman's brother with the bat.

Saupp was charged with criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of menacing, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
