New Hartford Man Arrested In Towing Dispute

A New Hartford man was arrested after he allegedly went after the operator of Rapid Recovery Towing, who had towed his vehicle from the Labor Ready parking lot on Oriskany Street during a concert at the Utica Auditorium.

Utica Police say 51-year Rae Rosbrook was one of several irate people who showed up at the towing company's lot.

They say Rosbrook ran after the tow operator, attempting to fight him in the street.

Officers ordered Rosbrook to stop, but he refused.

Rosbrook was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
