New Hartford Man Extradited From Massachusetts
New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – A New Hartford man was arrested in Pittsfield, MA after being found to be a fugitive from Justice in New Hartford. According to authorities, 18-year old Thomas O’Toole was arrested on an arrest warrant for 2 counts of Grand Larceny and 2 counts of Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle.
After his return to New Hartford, O’Toole was additionally charged with one count of Burglary after investigators say he broke into a New Hartford home October 10th. O’Toole was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Jail.
