New Hartford Police Arrest Man For Medical Office Burglary

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - New Hartford Police are charging a Utica man with burglary after he allegedly broke into a medical office.

Sixty-year old Kevin Capstraw allegedly stole food and beverages from AMP Radiation and Oncology located at Two Ellinwood Drive in New Hartford.

Capstraw was taken to the Oneida County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, October 26, 2012.
