New Hartford Police: Sex Offender Arrested for Public Lewdness

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - New Hartford Police say they've arrested a level 3 sex offender for Public Lewdness and Resisting Arrest. According to police, 58-year old Stephan Kuznia III was sitting in his car, exposing himself to people walking by. Police say he was parked just outside a department store.

Kuznia was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and was sent to the Oneida County Jail.
