If you're looking for something to watch in the comfort of your own home, Netflix has some great new titles hitting Instant in August, including the long-awaited fourth season of 'The Killing.' Read on for our guide to the best new titles coming to Netflix Instant in August 2014.

'Allan Quatermain and the Lost City of Gold' (1987) -- Richard Chamberlain, Sharon Stone, and James Earl Jones. Allan Quatermain once again teams up with Jesse Huston where the discovery of a mysterious old gold piece sends Quatermain looking for his long-lost brother, missing in the wilds of Africa after seeking a lost white race.

'Art Machine' (2012) -- Joseph Cross, Jessica Szohr, and Joey Lauren Adams. On the verge of a coming of age showcase, a failing child prodigy painter desperately seeks inspiration; his world explodes through an incendiary meeting with a pyrotechnic artist, but in order to relinquish the chokehold of his domineering mother, he must resolve the clash between creative genius and clinical mania.

'Bad Boys' (1983) -- Sean Penn, Reni Santoni, and Jim Moody. Chicago crime kid Mick O'Brien is sent to reform school after accidentally killing Paco Moreno's kid brother.

'The Birdcage' (1996) -- Robin Williams, Nathan Lane, and Gene Hackman. A gay cabaret owner and his drag queen companion agree to put up a false straight front so that their son can introduce them to his fiancée's right-wing moralistic parents.

'Blown Away' (1992) -- Corey Haim, Corey Feldman, and Nicole Eggert. Teenage beauty tries to convince her new boyfriend that her father murdered her mother and that he should die too.

'The Cable Guy' (1996) -- Jim Carrey, Matthew Broderick, and Leslie Mann. A lonely and disturbed cable guy raised on television just wants a new friend, but his target, a designer, rejects him, with bad consequences.

'Caveman' (1981) -- Dennis Quaid, Ringo Starr, and Shelley Long. A caveman seeks revenge on a much larger competitor for the hand of a beautiful cavewoman.

'Chaplin' (1992) -- Robert Downey Jr., Marisa Tomei, and Dan Aykroyd. A film about the troubled and controversial life of the master comedy filmmaker.

'The Conqueror Worm' (1968) -- Ian Ogilvy, Patrick Wymark, and Rupert Davies. A young soldier seeks to put an end to the evils caused by a vicious witch hunter.

'D2: The Mighty Ducks' (1994) -- Emilio Estevez, Kathryn Erbe, and Michael Tucker. Gordon Bombay is forced to withdraw from the minors and coach the Team USA junior hockey league. Everything seems to be falling into place with his young players, until they come face to face with their fiercest rivals yet.

'Dark Tourist' (2012) -- Michael Cudlitz, Melanie Griffith, and Pruitt Taylor Vince. A man who makes a hobby out of visiting places where great tragedy has taken place gets more than he bargained for when he visits the site of a serial murderer.

'Day of the Siege' (2012) -- F. Murray Abraham, Enrico Lo Verso, and Alicja Bachleda. In the summer of 1683, 300,000 warriors of the Ottoman Empire began the siege of Vienna. The fall of the city would have opened the way to conquer Europe. On September 11 was the main battle between the Polish cavalry and the Turks.

'Day Watch' (2006) -- Konstantin Khabensky, Vladimir Menshov, and Mariya Poroshina. A man who serves in the war between the forces of Light and Dark comes into possession of a device that can restore life to Moscow, which was nearly destroyed by an apocalyptic event.

'The Dogs of War' (1980) -- Christopher Walken, Tom Berenger, and Colin Blakely. Mercenary James Shannon, on a reconnaissance job to the African nation of Zangaro, is tortured and deported. He returns to lead a coup.

'Ella Enchanted' (2004) -- Anne Hathaway, Hugh Dancy, and Cary Elwes. Ella is under a spell to be constantly obedient, a fact she must hide from her new step-family in order to protect the prince of the land, her friend for whom she's falling.

'Evita' (1996) -- Madonna, Antonio Banderas, and Jonathan Pryce. The hit musical based on the life of Evita Duarte, a B-picture Argentinian actress who eventually became the wife of Argentinian president Juan Perón, and the most beloved and hated woman in Argentina.

'F--- for Forest' (2012) -- Berlin's F--- for Forest is one of the world's most bizarre charities: based on the idea that sex can change the world, the NGO raises money for their environmental cause by selling home-made erotic films on the Internet.

'Face/Off' (1997) -- John Travolta, Nicolas Cage, and Gina Gershon. To foil an extortion plot, an FBI agent undergoes a face-transplant surgery and assumes the identity and physical appearance of a ruthless terrorist, but the plan backfires when the same criminal impersonates the cop with the same method.

'The Five Heartbeats' (1991) -- Robert Townsend, Michael Wright, and Leon. The story of the rise and fall of an African American vocal group.

'Freaky Friday' (2003) -- Lindsay Lohan, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Mark Harmon. An overworked mother and her daughter do not get along. When they switch bodies, each is forced to adapt to the others life for one freaky Friday.

'The Gabby Douglas Story' (2014) -- Gabrielle Douglas, Imani Hakim, and Sydney Mikayla. The story of the international gymnastics phenomenon who overcame overwhelming odds to become the first African American ever to be named Individual All-Around Champion in artistic gymnastics at the Olympic Games.

'Goodbye World' (2013) -- Ben McKenzie, Gaby Hoffmann, and Adrian Grenier. When a mysterious terrorist attack causes chaos in the cities, a group of friends take refuge in their countryside cabin. But the challenges of living in a post-apocalyptic world soon take their toll on relationships within the group.

'Hawking' (2013) -- Renowned scientist Stephan Hawking narrates the story of his own life using the voice synthesis technology that he's utilized since ALS took away his ability to speak.

'He Said, She Said' (1991) -- Kevin Bacon, Elizabeth Perkins, and Nathan Lane. A male and female journalist who constantly disagree are given their own television show to entertain audiences with their opposing viewpoints. The film shows the events in their lives as they get to know and fall for each other from both perspectives.

'The Killing' Season 4 (2014) -- Mireille Enos, Joel Kinnaman, and Joan Allen. Detectives Linden and Holder return for an all-new season with a fresh mystery to solve, as Linden deals with the fallout from her actions at the end of season 3.

'King Solomon's Mines' (1985) -- Richard Chamberlain, Sharon Stone, and John Rhys-Davies. Fortune hunter Allan Quatermain teams up with a resourceful woman to help her find her missing father lost in the wilds of 1900s Africa while being pursued by hostile tribes and a rival German explorer.

'Kinky Boots' (2005) -- Joel Edgerton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Nick Frost. A drag queen comes to the rescue of a man who, after inheriting his father's shoe factory, needs to diversify his product if he wants to keep the business afloat.

'Lassie' (2005) -- Peter O'Toole, Samantha Morton, and John Lynch. A family in financial crisis is forced to sell Lassie, their beloved dog. Hundreds of miles away from her true family, Lassie escapes and sets out on a journey home.

'The Longest Day' (1962) -- John Wayne, Henry Fonda, and Robert Mitchum. The events of D-Day, told on a grand scale from both the Allied and German points of view.

'Mad Max' (1979) -- Mel Gibson, Hugh Keays-Byrne, and Joanne Samuel. A vengeful Australian policeman sets out to avenge his partner, his wife and his son whom were murdered by a motorcycle gang in retaliation for the death of their leader.

'Mean Creek' (2004) -- Rory Culkin, Ryan Kelley, and Trevor Morgan. When a teen is bullied, his brother and friends lure the bully into the woods to seek vengeance.

'Orca' (1977) -- Richard Harris, Charlotte Rampling, and Will Sampson. A hunter squares off against a killer whale seeking vengeance for the death of its mate.

'Playing by Heart' (1998) -- Gillian Anderson, Ellen Burstyn, and Sean Connery. Eleven articulate people work through affairs of the heart in L.A.

'Prefontaine' (1997) -- Jared Leto, R. Lee Ermey, and Ed O'Neill. Based on the life of Olympic hopeful Steve Prefontaine, a long distance runner who lived in Oregon and died young.

'Pumping Iron' (1977) -- Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Matty Ferrigno. Amateur bodybuilders prepare for the 1975 Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe contests in this documentary featuring future action superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger.

'Red Dawn' (1984) -- Patrick Swayze, C. Thomas Howell, and Lea Thompson. It is the dawn of World War III. In mid-western America, a group of teenagers bands together to defend their town, and their country, from invading Soviet forces.

'Rocky' (1976) -- Sylvester Stallone, Talia Shire, and Burt Young. Rocky Balboa, a small-time boxer gets a supremely rare chance to fight the heavy-weight champion, Apollo Creed, in a bout in which he strives to go the distance for his self-respect.

'Rounders' (1998) -- Edward Norton, Matt Damon, and Gretchen Mol. A young man is a reformed gambler who must return to playing big stakes poker to help a friend pay off loan sharks.

'Spice World' (1998) -- Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, and Emma Bunton. World famous pop group The Spice Girls zip around London in their luxurious double decker tour bus having various adventures and performing for their fans.

'Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home' (1986) -- William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, and DeForest Kelley. To save Earth from an alien probe, Admiral Kirk and his fugitive crew go back in time to 20th century Earth to retrieve the only beings who can communicate with it, humpback whales.

'Trees Lounge' (1996) -- Steve Buscemi, Chloe Sevigny, and Mark Boone Junior. Tommy is an unemployed mechanic who spends most of his time in a bar (Trees Lounge) in a small blue collar town. He seems to always be thinking, "If only X then I could stop drinking".

'Turner and Hooch' (1989) -- Tom Hanks, Mare Winningham, and Craig T. Nelson. A detective must adopt the dog of a dead man to help him find the murderer.

'Vigilante Force' (1976) -- Kris Kristofferson, Jan-Michael Vincent, and Victoria Principal. After oil is found in a small town and local factory shut down, violent crime skyrockets. A young man has had enough and calls in his older brother, a cynical Vietnam vet, who cleans the streets but then tries to take over the town.

'Where the Red Fern Grows' (1974) -- James Whitmore, Beverly Garland, and Jack Ging. 'Where the Red Fern Grows' is the heartwarming and adventurous tale for all ages about a young boy and his quest for his own red-bone hound hunting dogs.

August 3

'10 Rules for Sleeping Around' (2013) -- Jesse Bradford, Tammin Sursok, Chris Marquette. A screw ball sex comedy following two couples and their ten rules to a happy healthy and open relationship.

'The Cold Lands' (2013) -- Lili Taylor, Silas Yelich, and Peter Scanavino. Following the death of his mother, a young boy wanders into the woods where he fends for himself until he befriends a pot-smoking drifter.

August 5

'Alien Abduction' (2014) -- Katherine Sigismund, Corey Eid, and Riley Polanski. A vacationing family encounters an alien threat in this thriller based on the real-life Brown Mountain Lights phenomenon in North Carolina.

'Immigration Tango' (2010) -- Elika Portnoy, McCaleb Burnett, and Carlos Leon. An American couple and a foreign couple test the limits of friendship and love when they switch partners and get married for green cards.

'Zach Galifianakis: Live' (2006) -- Famous funnyman Zach Galifianakis performs a live set at San Francisco's Purple Onion nightclub.
