New Recycling Rules For Oneida and Herkimer Counties

Utica, NY (WIBX) - New recycling guidelines for Oneida and Herkimer County residents take effect today.

David Lupinski, Director of Recycling for the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority, says residents

can now put paper products, plastic and glass all in the same container.

The only item that can be bagged is shredded paper.
