New State Championship Sign In New York Mills

New York Mills, NY (WIBX) - You'll soon see a new sign outside of New York Mills High School, memorializing the school's two New York State Championships, 1982 and 2011.

County Executive Anthony Picente and village's board member, Fred Sadallah, unveiled the new sign at the county board meeting last night in acknowledgement of the team's success.

The New York Mills Boys team also finished the year a perfect 24-0, and was the only the team in the state to go undefeated this year, said head coach Mike Adey.
