Albany, NY (WIBX) - The New York State Senate is changing the way it does business.

And, though the entire membership is not happy with the new bipartisan coalition, where Senate Republican Leader Dean Skelos will allow Democrat Jeff Klein to take over leadership every two weeks, Senator Thomas Libous says the new agreement means more bills will now be considered.

It doesn't mean, of course, that everything will make it to the floor or pass.

Libous appeared on Townsquare News Network Binghamton station WNBF with Bob Joseph.
