(WIBX950 Sports)   There's no new labor agreement yet, but the National Football League has issued its clubs a series of guidelines in the aftermath of the recent court rulings that ended the lockout that began on March 11.

Beginning Friday morning, players will be permitted to use team facilities for workouts, physical examinations, rehab and medical treatment.   Coaches can also meet with players to distribute playbooks, game film and other similar materials, while setting up schedules for workouts, mini-camps and organized team activities.

However, the league said procedures for player transactions, including free agent signings and trades will likely by distributed Friday.

The NFL is still in the process of an appeal of the rulings from U.S. District Court Judge Susan Nelson, who lifted the lockout on Monday.    That process has begun with an appeal to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis.
