NFL Free Agent Period Begins Today

Beginning today professional football players can begin changing teams.The free agent signing period in the National Football League begins at 4:00pm ET today, March 9, 2016.  This is the official start of the NFL year.

Players' agents were allowed to start negotiating with other teams without formally signing contracts on Monday.
