Noah’s Ark, or Rather ‘Huibers’ Ark’ Getting Ready to Set Sail

The builder of a replica of Noah's Ark is getting ready to set sail.

Dutch carpenter Johan Huibers created a copy of the ark after he had a dream about a flood taking place in The Netherlands.

Using measurements in The Bible, he finished building the boat four years ago but has waited to test it in the ocean.

He plans to sail from the Brazilian city of Fortaleza to Rio de Janeiro.

There is no official word yet as to whether or not there will be any non-human animals on board.
