Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A parent in the Norwich School District is accused of making a comment to a staff member that she would “make it rain blood in the middle school.”

Regina Donovan is charged with felony making a terroristic threat.  She was released after arraignment and an order of protection, banning her from the middle school campus or contacting the school, was issued.

The Norwich City School District is currently in its spring break until April 2.

The word of the threat comes just days after the treasurer for the parent-teacher-student group, the “Purple Tornado Community Team” was accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the organization.  49 year old Rebecca Evans is charged with felony grand larceny and forgery.

She’s accused of stealing $3,000 in property and $7,600 in funds between July 2016 and earlier this month.
