A fraud settlement has been reached with three car dealers in New York City and Westchester.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says two automobile dealers in Queens and one in White Plains, New York failed to notify car buyers of the real price of add-ons for buyers.

The state has plans to sue eleven other dealers downstate for what the attorney general alleges are deceptive selling practices.

As part of the agreement money will be returned to approximately 15,000 car buyers in New York.
