ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — Jury deliberations are set to begin in the trial of four people charged with killing a western New York man last year and attempting to hide his identity by disfiguring his face.

Defense lawyers and prosecutors wrapped up their closing statements Tuesday in a Rochester court where Laura Rideout, her two adult sons and her boyfriend are on trial on murder charges.

Prosecutors say she and her sons, Alexander and Colin Rideout, and Paul Tucci killed her estranged husband, Craig Rideout, inside his suburban Rochester home last July.

The victim's body was later found wrapped in a tarp and dumped in a wooded area in the Finger Lakes region. Authorities say a corrosive liquid had been poured on his face.

Jury deliberations will start Wednesday morning.
