NY Mills Man Charged With Criminal Mischief

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A New York Mills man is facing a criminal mischief charge following an incident in
the Emergency Department at St. Luke's Hospital.

New Hartford Police say 29-year old Mark Thomas punched a hospital security officer
in the face and damaged a pair of glasses belonging to the officer.

Thomas was also charged with harassment in addition to the criminal mischief charge.
