The 2015 New York Sash Utica College Teddy Bear Toss raised just shy of 4,000 for local charities in central New York.

Scot Hayes of New York Sash announced the total on Wednesday: 3,963. All of the stuffed animals are benefit the Keeler in the Morning Toy Drive - supporting Operation Sunshine, Toys for Kids and Toys for Tots - and distributed to local children.

Todd Heiland and Will Michaels of Utica Mack collected the toys from the New York Sash Showroom Thursday and delivered them to the Time Warner Cable's Toys for Kids storage facility so they could could be picked up by many local non-profit service agencies.
