NYSP: Albany Woman Brings Pot To Inmate Visit

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - State Police in Marcy arrested an Albany woman, charging her with Promoting Prison Contraband and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Officials say, last week, 47-year-old Elicia Ladson entered Marcy Correctional Facility to visit an inmate, and was in possession of 14 grams of marijuana.

She was arraigned in the Town of Marcy Court and taken to the Oneida County Jail with bail set at $5,000.
