NYSP Asking for Help Identifying Suspect

He was caught on surveillance cameras allegedly stealing items from a Walmart over a week ago, and police are asking for your help identifying him.

A white or Hispanic man walked into the Walmart at 5815 Rome Taberg Road  in the city of Rome at approximately 10:15am on Saturday, December 21, 2013.  Store loss prevention staff say the man was seen stealing items.  They confronted him as he left the store but he he ran and got away.

He is described as having "black shoulder length greased down hair."   He was last seen wearing a "black winter hat, a neon yellow hoodie with black printing on the front, and faded black jeans with white designs on the rear pockets."
