OIN Police Offer Reward In Valentine’s Day Arson Investigation
Verona, NY (WIBX) – Oneida Indian Nation Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the Valentine’s Day fire. The fire was started at a vacant home on Patrick Road in Verona. No one was injured, but the house was heavily damaged. Officials say fire fighters from five departments, including three police agencies risked their lives to put out the blaze. At the time, the officials did not know the house was empty.
Several suspects have been cleared of any wrong doing so far, and the investigation into the suspicious fire is ongoing.
