This week, the Olympic Committee announced that wrestling will be removed as an Olympic sport and that has stirred up controversy in the amateur wrestling community.  Former National and World Champion Gene Mills, who coaches Phoenix High School in Oswego County, is on a mission to keep the sport on the olympic agenda. Gene will be a guest on the Keeler in the Morning show at 7:20 Thursday morning.  Mills seen here winning his first NCAA Championship was said to be the only wrestler in history that would have pinned his way to an Olympic gold medal.  Those hopes were shattered in 1980 when President Jimmy Carter ordered a boycott of the Olympics that year in the U.S.S.R..
