One-Stop Market Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minors

Earlier this week Utica Police conducted a check to see if local businesses have been selling alcohol to minors.

During the operation dozens of area businesses were check to see if they comply with the law.

Police say every business refused to sell alcohol to a minor except the One-Stop Market on Albany Street in Utica.

As a result police arrested Azhar Butt, 51, for violation of the ABC Law and unlawfully dealing with a child.
