Oneida Bank Robbed

Oneida, NY (WIBX) – Police are looking for the man who robbed the Alliance Bank in the Price Chopper Plaza on Route 5 in Oneida.

Oneida Police say the man entered the bank just before 5:00 Thursday afternoon, handed the teller a note and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officials say the man said he was armed but did not display a weapon.

The suspect is about 5’7″ with a medium build and appears to be in his 20s.

Police believe he was driving a gray, four-door pickup truck with either a cap or suburban type body.

Anyone with information is asked to call Oneida Police at 363-2323.
