Oneida County Jail Inmate Facing More Charges

An inmate at the Oneida County Jail is facing more charges after corrections officers allegedly found cocaine in his cell.
22-year old Shawn Stephenson of Rome was charged with promoting prison contraband and criminal possession of a weapon.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, white powder found in a folded piece of paper in Stephenson’s cell tested positive for cocaine.
