The Oneida County Board of Legislators will hold a special meeting to vote for the county's new district lines.

Monday night at six, the legislators will vote on the adoption of 23 new districts, after county residents voted to reduce the current Board by six people last year.

In February, the new lines were debuted. Committee Chairman George Joseph said his group worked hard to establish equal representation for each legislative district, with many areas coming within five percent of the ideal population size valued at slightly more than 10,000 people.
