Oneida County Set To Open Emergency Shelters For Hurricane Sandy

Utica, NY (WIBX) – Oneida County officials say they have set up four emergency shelters across the County which will be activated if necessary.
They include:
- The Mohawk Valley Community College Gym
- Delta Lake Bible School in Lake Center
- Whitesboro Fire Department
- Willowvale Fire Department
