Oneida County Sheriff’s Investigate Stabbing And Robbery

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is investigating a robbery and stabbing that took place Tuesday night on Sutliff Road in Whitestown.

Deputies say a passing motorist stopped to check on a man who was lying in the road.

They say the man got up and stabbed the motorist after an altercation and took the victim's wallet.

The victim, whose name is not being released at this time, drove himself to the Oneida County 911 Center.

Authorities say the investigation is in its early stages and no other information is being released.
