Oneida County, Utica Residents Decide Three Propositions

Utica, NY (WIBX) - There were three local propositions on Tuesday's ballot.

Oneida County residents voted to reduce the size of the Board of Legislators by six members, from 29 to 23.

In Utica, voters decided to exclude members of the Common Council, including the Council President, and part-time city and seasonal employees from receiving health care benefits
