Oneida Man Facing Trespassing And Drug Charges

State Police charged an Oneida man with trespassing after he was seen walking along the CSX railroad tracks between Oneida and Verona.

Police say 28-year old Robert Klein, who was allegedly in possession of cocaine and marijuana, was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Klein was also found to be wanted on an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Town of Verona Court for drug and traffic charges.

Klein was arraigned in the Town of Verona court and sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
