Two women have been arrested following a several months long investigation by Oneida City Police into the sale and possession of crack cocaine.

46-year old Cindy Garlock of Canastota and 29-year old Maude Relyea of Solvay are each facing six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and six counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Relyea was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
