Oneidas Donate $10M To Museum Of American Revolution

Washington,  DC (WIBX) - The Oneida Indian Nation has donated $10 million dollars to the Museum of the American Revolution.

Nation Representative Ray Halbritter was in Washington, DC for today's announcement.

The gift was made to recognize the role the Oneidas played in the Revolutionary War.

The American Revolution Center is more than a quarter of the way toward matching the $40 million dollar challenge grant announced in June.

The museum will be built in Philadelphia.
